1. Can I post my profile online?

 

No, we are not an online matrimonial portal. We meet each client and prepare power sheets about their preferences, their background and their outlook. After that, we make suggestions based on our evaluation. We do not consider profiles but are more interested in your holistic personality with a like-minded individual who is so much more than physical attributes, caste factors and your financial status.

 

2. How will you give me personalised service if I live abroad or a prospective alliance for me lives abroad?

 

We would be using a preferred video calling interface and our relationship managers would be available as per the time zone difference. Using technology to our benefit, we would follow the same commitment level irrespective of the location. In fact, many of our clients are overseas as well.

 

3. Do you arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient location or do you just suggest the prospective alliance and we take it further ourselves?

 

We are the market leaders in this niche business due to the high level of involvement of our founders. Our custom-made packages are designed with the sole intention of personalising the minutest of details. Not only do we arrange meetings between prospective clients, our relation-ship managers could also be a part of the initial meetings (should you prefer that).

 

4. Is there a restriction on the number of people I can meet as per my package?

 

No there isn’t.

 

5. What if I would like you to arrange a meeting with someone I know of and would not mind settling down with?

 

We would be glad to assist you by providing our services to approach someone who is not on our active data base. However, maintaining client privacy for both the parties would be a priority.

 

6. Why can’t I find the link to post my profile?

 

Our online presence gives clients an overview of our services. We don’t not any provision for a link. You may contact us by sending in an email and our team will get in touch withyou to fix up a personal meeting.

 

7. Is this platform only for a cosmopolitan generation?

 

Our services are available for individuals who come from varied backgrounds. There is so set pattern that we follow. For our modern generation that does not believe in astrology but believes that a personality fit is important, we head hunt accordingly.

 

However, we also give complete respect to those members who would like to follow traditions and involve families in the process of match-making.

 

What sets us apart is that for us the most important aspect is YOU and YOUR preference.

 

8. Do you do only weddings or does Vows Events cater to personal parties as well?

 

Currently we are looking at weddings only.

 

9. Can I take either the matrimonial services or only the event package or both?

 

Vows Events is an independent entity and is also a value-added service for our clients for whom we match make.

 

However, it is entirely your prerogative to take any option that suits you.

 

10. Is there a standard charge for any event package or do you customise it as per the personal budget of each client?

 

Our USP lies in our understanding of your inherent sense of style and executing it to perfection in a budget that suits you. Since we are not a run of the mill event company, we spend as much time is required with you to understand how we can transform your special day into the most beautiful memory for you and your guests.
