Having been selected as one of the youngest consultants at Executive Access, a boutique recruitment multinational firm and following a cross-country move to Chennai, she joined Reliance Industries Ltd in their new Business Initiatives team.
With a varied experience of leading various departments with perfection and dexterity, Payal is a name to reckon with in Human Resource Consulting. With the ability to assess situations and act decisively, her intense business acumen in building strategy, developing and nurturing client relationships and enabling businesses to deliver on financial commitments, she has made her foray into Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy and Entrepreneurship, as a Director of a solar off- grid start up.
